• You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date of purchase. After 15 days from the purchase date, a refund cannot be offered. Your order date can be found in your email confirmation that was received upon initial purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, hair, or wear) and in original packaging.
• There will be no Return & Refund for Personalized items.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Damaged/Missing items must be reported/emailed within 24-48hrs of receipt with photos attached to your return request. If not reported within the time frame, we will not issue replacements. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear to items purchased and will not issue a new item outside of the the time frame mentioned window of receiving the item.
• If you have received an incorrect item, please issue a return request within 24-48 hrs of receiving your order with a picture of the items and packing slip.
• Refunds for Returns: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, your refund will be processed as a gift card for the same amount (This doesn’t applies in case of Personalized or customized products).
